The Wellesley Food Pantry currently serves:

> approximately 200 Wellesley households

> more than 420 individuals; about one quarter are children and 45% are seniors

The Wellesley Food Pantry has provided supplemental and emergency food to Wellesley residents in need since 1989. The Food Pantry is staffed and managed by volunteers, and supported by the community efforts of local religious and civic organizations, scout troops, schools, businesses, and concerned individuals.

In our belief that it is important to foster a spirit of goodwill and respect within the community, the Food Pantry’s mission is to provide supplemental and emergency food assistance to Wellesley residents in need.
